WELCOME TO MAKING RAW FUN!
Here's your fun-filled, short and easy to read ezine full of raw food fun! Compliments of Raw Food Weight Loss Guide!

WHAT A GREAT IDEA!
Imagine this - you're out running errands, you're a raw foodist and you're hungry! Fast food is definitely out, so what do you do? In a pinch, find a grocery store and get some fresh fruit, like bananas, apples or pre-cut pineapple, melon or veggies. I've also snagged a bag of frozen peas and made that my dinner. It was surprisingly easy and delicious and kept me on track until I could get home!

FUN IN THE KITCHEN!
Remember popcicles in the summer as a kid? You can make healthy popcicles by blending up fresh fruit and pouring into popcicle molds. Try this: cut up watermelon and remove seeds. Add a few tablespoons of fresh spearmint leaves, blend, pour into molds, freeze. Refreshing!

THIS RECIPE RAWKS!
Ok, get ready! I'm going to share my special secret Morning Electrolyte Balancing Power Smoothie with you! Yeah, big title, but even bigger on nutrition. I have this smoothie almost every day to energize me for my workout, and I believe it has more amazing nutrition in it than most people ingest in a month!

MORNING ELECTROLYTE BALANCING POWER SMOOTHIE
3 cups of filtered, structured water
3 Tablespoons chia seeds (for omega 3 essential fatty acids)
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds (for protein and balanced Omegas)
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds (for calcium)
1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder (for magnesium)
1 banana (for potassium)
1 stick of celery (for sodium)
1/8 cup raisins and/or goji berries (for sweetness)

Blend in a high powered blender and enjoy! Or go nuts, like I do, and add in a few more goodies: coconut oil, greens powder, nopal cactus powder (for fiber, blood sugar balancing), avocado seed (an artery cleanser), a few drops of Cell Food, and Miracle II Neutralizer! Makes me Unstoppable!

DIDJA KNOW?
Many of the most powerful elements of nutrition, called phytonutrients, are locked into the cell walls of vegetables. That's why raw foodists recommend chewing your food really well. Better yet, blend up your veggies in smoothies or add to dressings and dips made in the food processor. This breaks open those cell walls and makes the nutrition more available to your body.
