Dice up some tomatoes, drizzle some olive oil, shake a few spices and Ta Da - dinner! Or how about a raw food smoothie? Wash some fruit and greens, stuff it in the blender and push play. Simple Snack! Or pop some veggies and spices in the food processor and create an instant soup. Voila - lunch!

So don't let these unfounded worries stop you from exploring the raw food diet. Making raw food really can be easy and fun.
