Delicious Recipes That Are Simple Enough for Anyone to Make on The Raw Food Weight Loss Diet

Having just a handful of easy raw food recipes at the ready is really all it takes for starting a raw food diet for weight loss. Because essentially, there are just three simple keys to changing the way you eat:

  1. Knowing what to eat
  2. Knowing how to make it
  3. And feeling satisfied by it

If you have these three keys down, you can be well on your way to losing weight, feeling great and changing your life – without a huge learning curve!

Sure, there's a lot of information available on the raw food diet, and you could spend countless hours pouring over all the books written about it. But my philosophy for keeping this program simple is: get started, eat now, learn later.

The following super easy raw food recipes will take all of the guesswork out of the process for you. Simply pick a breakfast, lunch, dinner or other raw food recipe, and you'll instantly know what to eat and how to make it. This is a great place to start, and will help you incorporate more raw foods into your diet right away while you continue to learn more about the details of planning a successful raw food diet for weight loss.

Although the recipes were chosen primarily for their simplicity, they also happen to be delicious, nutritious and filling. So not only will your taste buds be satisfied, but your hunger will be, too. And that's vitally important – not only to keep your metabolism fired up, but also to help you stick with the program so you see the results you desire.

Remember, compared to the typical western diet, these easy raw food recipes are made from healthy, relatively low calorie, high-fiber, high-water-content, nutrient-dense food. So experiment with portion sizes until you learn what it takes to really fill you up. These are not “addictive” foods that cause you to eat uncontrollably well past satiation.

With raw food, you will likely reach a point where you feel you've had enough. Just tune into your body. When you're hungry, eat. When you're full, stop. And if you choose to go all the way and eat 100% raw foods, all those old addictive chemicals will soon be cleaned out of your system and your body will come back into balance even quicker.
