When I first started a raw food diet, there were not nearly so many raw food books available to learn from. I started out with just a few favorite books, and did a lot of research on the internet. I also had a raw food buddy to learn from and make food with, which helped tremendously.

Then we went to a raw food festival and learned personally from some of the best leaders in the raw food movement. That was a tremendous growth opportunity for us. I went home from that festival with a couple of armfuls of books and began to read every amazing word.

Those books, many of which are listed below, really opened up my mind to the world of living healthy with raw food, the many amazing benefits of eating this way, and the very best ways to implement this lifestyle into your daily life.
