RAW FOOD VINEGARS

Raw food vinegars are often used in tasty salad dressings, sauces and other great raw food recipes

We like having a nice assortment of healthy organic vinegars to choose from. They can vary quite substantially in flavor. An apple cider vinegar can be quite tart, and a brown rice vinegar can be gently mild. Some flavored vinegars are a tasty alternative, like a pear infused vinegar. Balsamic vinegars can have a hearty, robust flavor or a rich sweet flavor. I've actually tasted an authentic aged Italian Balsamic vinegar that was so sweet it was served over strawberries like a sweet sauce - wow, was that delicious!

Just make sure you choose the healthiest vinegar you can find. Definitely stay away from ingesting white vinegar as it can be quite deleterious to health. Apple Cider Vinegar, on the other hand, boasts a long list of health benefits, including being excellent for digestion when taken before meals. It even makes a great hair rinse after shampooing. 

Enjoy trying a few different vinegars and mix them up in your recipes. The choice of vinegar can turn a nice salad dressing into a super gourmet treat!
